Independent reviewers try to disprove each candidate. Final records pass upstream schema and coverage validators and a separate source verification.
04 · Report & remediate
Review the confirmed findings, blocked hypotheses, rejected claims, and coverage gaps. Assign remediation and request a new assessment of changed source.
